End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence grant
Zil Smart Solutions grants an organisation and its authorised invited users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Seysuite Projects through a supported web browser during the applicable subscription period.
2. Permitted use
The licence is for the organisation’s internal project planning, coordination, collaboration, reporting, and related business purposes. Access is limited by the organisation’s subscription, tenant membership, role, and project permissions.
3. Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or create derivative works from the service; bypass its security or tenant boundaries; or allow unauthorised people to use an account.
4. Ownership and your data
Zil Smart Solutions retains ownership of Seysuite Projects, its code, design, user interface, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. Your organisation retains its rights in the project data it enters or uploads. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for data-handling terms.
5. Updates and support
We may update the service to improve functionality, security, or reliability. Support covers platform functionality; it does not replace accounting, tax, legal, employment, or project-management advice. Support channels and response targets will be confirmed in the final production terms.
6. Termination
This licence ends when the applicable subscription or account access ends, or when these terms permit suspension or termination. On ending, you must stop using the service and any unauthorised copies or access credentials must be removed.
