Terms of Service
Product draft for review. These terms are adapted for Seysuite Projects from the broader Seysuite service terms. They require approval by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

1. Agreement
By accepting an invitation, creating an account, or using Seysuite Projects, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so. “We”, “us”, and “our” mean Zil Smart Solutions, a company registered in the Republic of Seychelles.
2. The service
Seysuite Projects provides browser-based tools for organisations to plan, coordinate, collaborate on, and report on project work. Features may vary by edition, subscription status, organisation settings, role, and project membership. We may change, improve, or retire features as the service develops.
3. Invitation-only accounts and access
Access is controlled through organisation invitations and membership. Users must keep credentials confidential, use only their own account, and follow their organisation’s instructions. Organisation administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate users, assigning roles, reviewing access, and deactivating memberships when access is no longer required.
4. Subscriptions and editions
The organisation is the subscription tenant. Its assigned edition and subscription status determine the capabilities available to its active members. Seysuite Projects is the current production product, with Lite available where assigned and Advanced AI reserved for a future phase. Pricing, billing, renewal, usage limits, and credits require separate commercial terms before launch.
5. Your content and responsibilities
Your organisation retains its rights in the project content it enters, uploads, or creates. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, permissions, and appropriate backup or export of that content. You must not upload content that the organisation is not authorised to process.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; attempt to bypass tenant isolation or security controls; access another organisation’s data; upload malware or harmful content; infringe another person’s rights; interfere with the service; or resell, sublicense, copy, or reverse engineer the service without written permission.
7. Project-management disclaimer
The service helps teams organise work. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, employment, safety, security, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for decisions, approvals, deadlines, records, and compliance related to their projects.
8. Availability, support, and suspension
The service is provided on an “as available” basis while these product terms remain under review. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, respond to misuse, comply with law, or address an unpaid or cancelled subscription. The final production terms will define service levels, maintenance, support, export, retention, and restoration commitments.
9. Intellectual property
Seysuite Projects, its software, design, documentation, branding, logo, and related intellectual property belong to Zil Smart Solutions or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organisation’s internal business purposes.
10. Termination
An organisation may stop using the service, and we may terminate or suspend access where permitted by the final agreement. On termination, access to the organisation and its projects may end. Data export, deletion, retention, and any surviving obligations must be specified in the final commercial and legal terms.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel. The final terms will confirm the contracting entity, governing law, jurisdiction, liability framework, and statutory rights that apply.
