Privacy Policy
Product draft for review. This policy is adapted for Seysuite Projects from the broader Seysuite privacy materials. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

1. Who we are
Seysuite Projects is a product of Zil Smart Solutions, a technology business registered in the Republic of Seychelles. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Zil Smart Solutions.
2. Information we handle
Depending on how the service is used, we may handle account details such as name and email address; organisation membership, role, and invitation data; project names and descriptions; phases, tasks, milestones, dependencies, assignments, comments, files, notifications, activity history, audit events, and technical information needed to authenticate, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate invited users, provide organisation and project features, deliver notifications, maintain tenant isolation and security, record audit history, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability of Seysuite Projects. We do not sell organisation data or use project content for unrelated advertising.
4. Organisation-controlled data
Your organisation controls the project content it creates or uploads. Organisation administrators manage membership and access. If you use Seysuite Projects to manage personal information about colleagues, customers, or suppliers, your organisation is responsible for having the appropriate authority and instructions for that use.
5. Security, storage, and service providers
Seysuite Projects uses authentication, tenant boundaries, row-level security, access controls, and audit records as part of its security design. We may use infrastructure and service providers needed to host, secure, deliver, and support the service. The final production version of this policy will identify confirmed providers, processing locations, retention periods, backup practices, and incident commitments.
6. Your choices and requests
Contact your organisation administrator first for account, membership, or project-content requests. For privacy requests that require our assistance, contact privacy@zilsmartsolutions.com. We will verify requests appropriately and handle them under the laws that apply to the relevant person and organisation.
7. International processing
Some infrastructure or service providers may operate internationally, which can result in personal data being processed outside Seychelles. The final production policy will document the applicable transfer basis and safeguards after the operating providers and customer jurisdictions have been confirmed.
8. Children’s data
Seysuite Projects is a business project-management service and is not intended for use by children. Do not invite a person to the service where the organisation is not authorised to do so.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel. Zil Smart Solutions is based at Anse Aux Pins, Mahé, Seychelles. Business Registration Number: B8441574.
